Love is the most important tool I use with
horses. Two very strong human emotions are
love and fear. Both of these emotions are so
strong that they produce bio-chemical
reactions in our body that horses appear to
smell. When we feel fear our horses will
sense danger. They may sense that we are
afraid or that we are about to attack. We need
to prove to our horses that we are not going to
harm them or let harm come to them. What
better way to do this then by handling our
horses with love.

| Horses have existed in the wild for millions of years without wearing steel shoes or rugs. They have not been fed two meals a day or been isolated in a stall. We can learn so much from Mother Nature by looking at how she has served the wild horse so well.
